If I could give no stars and still write a review I would have done that. This was one of the worst pizzas I?ve ever had. The... base was completely burnt along with the pepperoni bits on the top. It was as hard as dog biscuits. I?m never visiting thisstore again. Read more

I was told Windsor has the greatest pizza. I was also told that Capri was the best place to get that pizza...was it? It was ok.... This location is in a rough part of Windsor, kind of a grimy area. The store itself could use a cleaning and redesign, maybe itjust looked dated. I just ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Size small (which is the same size as a medium at Domino's). Acool thing which apparently is unique to Windsor is the pepperoni is shredded, so that you get pepperoni in every bite. Ididn't find that the pepperoni had a strong taste. It was ok, but I prefer that salty, pepperoni taste on a pizza. The cheese Ireally liked compared to other pizza places. It tasted good and had a chewier texture. The crust was fine. I would say it'sslightly thicker and doughier than other popular pizza restaurants. No complaints though. I've seen others post about burntpizza, but I don't feel like that's a bad thing, if it's slight and not on the entire pizza. Mine had a couple of darker spotsbut it just adds to the texture and flavor. The cost? As I said, this small pizza I ordered was the same size as a medium atDomino's. While I can get the same sized pizza at Domino's for $8 this one cost me $17 and change Amazing pizza? No. Goodpizza? Sure. Would I make this my go-to pizza place when visiting Windsor? No. It was pricey for the quality. My go-to isDomino's or Pizza Pizza. I would recommend trying it once to see if you like it but for me this was a one and done. Read more

Undercooked and had the wrong toppings. Called to tell them about it and he tried to argue with me about what I said. He... eventually said he would remake it for free but it was still not good. Would recommend asking for well done or go somewhereelse. Read more

Pizza is an undercooked and a sloppy mess. Had to throw it in the oven when we got home for 10 minuites just to make it... edible. And it was expensive to boot. $30 Won't be returning to this location. Read more

My experience was awhile ago but just getting to rate it now. Flavours were good, crispness was just right, ingredients were... good, sauce was alright. Experience wasn't great but I can't complain. Would recommend on a normal night but not when trying toimpress someone. There are better options out there but this is definitely not a bad one. Read more

Delivery was quick, delivery guy friendly, on the phone ordering they had trouble understanding what was said. Pizza was okay... for taste but disappointed because very little toppings especially paying $3.50 before tax per gourmet topping. Order a kingssize with bbq chicken and bbq chicken was only on 13 out of 32 slices of pizza, less than half of the pizza had the topping Ipaid for and it was very dry and tasteless the pieces that did have it, ordered extra cheese $3 before tax given same amount ofcheese as normal. Ordered roasted garlic that topping was only on 19 out of 32 slices again didn't even have it on most of thepizza. Ordered bacon it wasn't on a single slice of pizza. The only topping they had on every slice was pepperoni. They werebeing insanely cheap and very low quality. Nothing really good about it. Capri used to make the best pizza in windsor. Now it issub par at best. Biggest disappointment was the sides. Didnt realize they were the smallest sizes I have ever seen and yet 2-3xthe price of sides at other places pictures below. Charged $8.40 before tax for 6 tiny mozzarella sticks the smallest amount andsize I have seen for them for a ridiculous price definitely not worth it and they didn't taste very good at all. Far below whatwas expected from a restaurant that used to have such a good reputation. Charged $5.78 before tax for onion rings, againsmallest size I have ever seen for that price and they are mediocre onion rings with an odd taste. Charged $5.20 before tax fora "coleslaw" that was mostly lettuce on the bottom to make it look like it was more, also a small amount and tasted nothing likea coleslaw at all and no sauce in it was just sliced cabbage with lemons and lettuce to make it look larger than it was and lookbetter Read more

First, I'd like to acknowledge the original Capri pizza. It made exceptional pizza in an area already known for above average... pizza. Their pies were balanced, had gorgeous crust, and were reasonably priced. It was the pizza that I grew up on. So whathappened? The Queen sized pizza came out to a whopping 45 after tax and an enforced tip (You can't skip the tipping stage whenpaying) The pizza was straight up burnt, and the double cheese I paid four dollars for absolutely missing. The toppings wherethrown on in giant clumps without any care, one slice would be all green pepper, and another all mushroom. Frankly, this goesbeyond a simple disappointment and represents a willfull lack of consideration to their customers. It's a damn shame. I comehome yearly and look forward to an awesome Capri pie, but I guess you can't really go home again. Read more
