Horrible experience with the food, but good service. Was given undercooked pasta, and RAW chicken. Was completely discoloured... and once brought up to the management, was told there is nothing they can do and still had to pay full amount for a meal we didnot eat. The server, Morgan, amazing!! The food, not bad at all. Cleanliness was poor. We watched a child vomit on the floor, and the... staff only changed the small carpet. However, left vomit on the tile and the door, and didn't wash the floor until we complainedabout the lack of cleaning standards. So disappointing. Read more
I frequent Eastside Mario s at least twice a month. The staff is lovely . The food is good . The portions are generous and wine... is good . My last visit Shane served. Loved the service and loved the food. Took my partner there for our first official date. Though after getting back I started to... feel pretty sick, and now have to deal with salmonella poisoning from the garlic roasted fettacini Alfredo with chicken. If Iknow I wouldn't get food poisoning again I would go back. Their food is quite tasty and again loved the service. But I wouldn'tknow for sure so it will be a very very long time before I go back.
