Our dinner experience tonight was outstanding, our Server MORGAN was extremely attentive and polite. We were never waiting for... longer than expected to receive any of our items. She is very professional and friendly, it was a breath of fresh air to beserved by this wonderful young lady. We spoke to her superior Logan to let him know just how impressive this lady is. Horrible experience with the food, but good service. Was given undercooked pasta, and RAW chicken. Was completely discoloured... and once brought up to the management, was told there is nothing they can do and still had to pay full amount for a meal we didnot eat. The server, Morgan, amazing!! The food, not bad at all. Cleanliness was poor. We watched a child vomit on the floor, and the... staff only changed the small carpet. However, left vomit on the tile and the door, and didn't wash the floor until we complainedabout the lack of cleaning standards. So disappointing. Read more

I frequent Eastside Mario s at least twice a month. The staff is lovely . The food is good . The portions are generous and wine... is good . My last visit Shane served. He is very efficient and also a hard worker. He keeps the bar clean. A very good employee. Annie and Marie are great managers. Good job guys Read more

Loved the service and loved the food. Took my partner there for our first official date. Though after getting back I started to... feel pretty sick, and now have to deal with salmonella poisoning from the garlic roasted fettacini Alfredo with chicken. If Iknow I wouldn't get food poisoning again I would go back. Their food is quite tasty and again loved the service. But I wouldn'tknow for sure so it will be a very very long time before I go back. This is your average East Side Mario's. Nothing was amazing nothing was terrible. Our beer we got was flat and they brought... out another one which was fine no charge. Everything was clean and no complaints. Read more

A family of 4… if I could give this restaurant no stars I would. Something was wrong with all of our meals, wether it was... undercooked, not the correct meal, or missing apart of the meal and no proper service.. I used to love coming here especiallyfor the Italian wedding soup and bread. It’s gone down hill and the waitresses aren’t compassionate enough. “Well I’mnot sure what you want me to do with your order” ma’am I want you to take it back to the kitchen and have the cook fix thisissue….
