Placed my order at the counter for 2 kids meals and 2 combos, 1 of which was no bun due to a gluten allergy. The burgers took... atleast 15 minutes and sat in a bag while they made my chicken order with a bun and had to remake it. The hot fries were thenplaced in the open bag and waited another 15 minutes to complete our order. This service was ridiculous and I am quiteunimpressed. Read more

The drive thru always seems slow but I have not experienced some of the lengthy wait times that others have mentioned. Maybe 6... or 7 minutes on this visit. Ordered two classic combos with a coupon of very good value. Burger tasted as good and the same asjust about every Harvey?s burger I?ve ever eaten. Read more

Ordered a burger, all the toppings were not fresh. Tomatoes, and the lettuce were a brownish color I couldn't even taste the... meat. Always a Terrible experience as it Always takes over 10 minutes to get your food. And today it took over 3 minutes just to say... my online order is here. And it was cold?
