Very disappointing going to KFC at any location. When they have large pieces of chicken they cut them in half and try to pass... them off as 2 separate pieces. I got a 10 piece bucket 4 were wings 3 pieces were ½ pieces, 1 leg, 2 thighs. I have to saythis practice is at all locations I went to. And personally I'm not bothering with KFC at any location. For the second time I ordered something and they gave me something else, however I repeated it twice DRUM STICKS ,DRUM STICKS,... and because I can't eat it I threw to garbage. I am so frustrated because my home is far a way from the mall so that I could notreturn back. Another bad experience there today. She made me wait for a long time and passed the people behind me. The people there can mess up your order sometimes, so make sure to check your order before leaving with it. The service can be... good but sometimes it slacks because it can be really busy and they seemed under booked. But they try really hard to do a goodjob so it's not their fault if management doesn't hire more people. Read more
