Came today to the store on Amy croft road ,was very happy from the service that was provided by brandon , he went out of his way... to find me the same deal that was on their KFC.ca . The food was very fresh and delicious. Fries very fresh ,chickens not oilyor greasy . Thank you brandon , for sure i will be back again. Read more
Takes longer than it should, staff sometimes are short with people, not sure if due to atmosphere at their workplace or what. ... Not organized very well. Check your order before you head out. Read more
As unhealthy as it is the kernels 11 herbs and spices are a guilty pleasure. I don't like to admit that i like to eat... KFC. Having said that, there's this kid that works there who is so unbelievably nice. He makes sure that the food comes outfresh and hot. He doesn't like anything to be sitting around and getting cold or soggy. I normally order online and pick up.When I do this kid is so apologetic because he feels either the french fries or the chicken may have sat around to long so hewants to make a fresh batch. He must have had his head bitten off by a few customers who are too impatient to wait because he'sso apologetic about it. Read more
OMG! Where do I start? Ordered online, said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Got there and they hadn?t even started to make... my order. Waited another 30 minutes. Ordered a drink, didn?t get it. Of course I had already driven home. Ordered all darkmeat 18 piece bucket, got a mixed bucket. Ordered macaroni salad, they were out. Gravy (usually my favourite part) was thinand tasteless. Fry box was only 3/4 full. Staff unfriendly. So disappointing! Definitely not worth the $70 I paid. From nowon I?ll get broasted chicken down the street. Read more
Very disappointing service. Was here today to get my birthday dinner. Ordered 8 chicken/ 8 tenders. Did an online order, left... about 40 mins after the order, arrived at the location waited about 15 minutes in line, waited and waited line was moving Iwalked back and forth between the online delivery line and normal line. But no line was moving. Than I finally got infront ofthe online line , was told a couple mins, which probs was " a couple mins" was probs atleast 20 minutes. Overall over an hourand a half for the food. Now to how the food was. - the fries normal not bad or anything. - tenders were good. - but thechicken it was awful. My whole family couldn't taste the seasoning at all. I'm sure the chicken wasn't even fully done it wasnot good. No apologies for the wait. It was bad. Very bad experience wish I had my bday dinner from anywhere else. Hopefullybe able to get ahold of management after that one. I use to get the chicken burgers here all the time they are always good butotherwise very disappointing this time. Read more
Pros. Order was completed quickly Friendly staff. Not as greasy as it was before. Cons. After my wife asked twice for the... sandwich not to be spicy, they used spicy mayo, or whatever it is. Attention to detail, not so much. It's KFC. Read more
This place has to be the worst kfc that I've ever gone to. Let me just start by saying that this service is terrible. The people... that work here don't know how to treat customers and also do not know how to do their jobs. All I did was ask politely for someextra napkins and the worker looked at me and ignored me. After seeing that I did not insert a tip, she ignored me once againand shut the window. This place is better off just shutting down or firing quite a large number of their staff. Read more
