We haven't eaten at KFC for many years and so decided to give it a try. My wife remembered enjoying the Big Crunch chicken... sandwich so we ordered 2, one for each of us. As soon as I'd ordered, I was asked to pull my car around to the other side ofthe building to wait for my food. The gentleman at the window was polite, but anyone who has been to the parking lot in Lasallewould know that driving from the pick-up window to the side parking lot on the other side of the building is not easy. Thereare two choices, either a 3 point turn in a narrow parking lot with possible traffic, or exiting the lot onto Malden requiringgoing across 2 cross-traffic lanes into a turning lane, only to turn back into the other entrance. Once parked, I waited forseveral minutes before receiving the order. Unfortunately, we both found our chicken sandwiches to be neither 'big' nor havingany 'crunch'. Placed my order at 4:35. I recieved a phone call telling me the driver did not come, should not be too long. 25 minutes later I... called the store and was told the driver just got there. Recieved my cold, greasy, nasty food at 6:02. Complete waste of $44.00.Worst service ever Read more

Late on delivery where I had to go pick up my own order. They're lucky delivery was free. They couldn't give me a straight... answer why my pre-order that was order 90 minutes in advance was late. When asked what they could do about the issue, the workedasked "What do you want me to do about it?" In a very rude tone. Never ordering from here again. Awful service and this isn'tmy first time having a bad experience and having to wait over 30 minutes passed an expected time for food. Read more
The new tip prompt at the drive thru window is ridiculous. No need to have to handle the community covid machine before we eat... in our cars. It appears KFC feels employees should get tipped before the customer gets served. Why not just raise the price abit and pay your employees better? Read more
