Horrid customer service experience. I ordered on the app with my phone and it took forever to get to confirmation and when I... arrived to pick the food up I waited for an hour at the restaurant without any employee asking me for my order. They focused ontheir delivery drivers for skipthedishes, ubereats and doordash before telling me that my order through the KFC app was notreceived and they laughed in my face. September 29, 6:30 ish. Got takeout walk in order, requested dark meat only for dietary reasons, and they dropped the ball? Got the biggest option for... coupons the 20 piece with fries and gravy. ????11 of the 20 pieces WERE WHITE MEAT ???? I have dietary restrictions and cannoteat the white meat, some still in the fridge others don't wanna eat it (dry), and I can't eat it. ????They don't answer theirphones, when they did they picked up and hung up, I was told manager would be in an hour later and call me (called 6pm managerin at 7 and the employee didn't offer any help fixing order without them) it's been 3 days still nothing. Not impressed at allby staff. ????Note: I had called the evening of the next day and it wasn't possible to go in cuz I had my daughter eating a latedinner before bed.* ????????Chicken was amazing though, gravy is by far the best item on the menu! ????If they fix the situationmaybe I'll change review but so far service has been 0/5 and only a ???????? 2/5 star cuz of the yummy food every KFC has,another location would have been just as good food. Had high hopes for this place in downtown, tried eat in ,take out,. Dissatisfied every time. Horrible food in the form of dried... out ,famous sandwiches that must of been under heat lamp for hour, to tiny dark over battered indescribable chicken pieces,undercooked fries. staff problem maybe ,they don't know or have standards . Save your money can't see it being open for muchlonger . Picked up dinner for four( walk in) I don't mind waiting for good fresh food when spending good money ! No one elsecame in store and two cars went through drive thru .person on cash touching everything with out washing hands once. The couple times I have been there I received my order either burnt, not how I asked or completely not what I ordered. Going on... three separate times trying to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was the times I went but that wasn't it. Very rudewhen complaining in person but manager (a man I forgot his name) was pleasant to talk to and made things right thank you! Read more
This was just weird.... a customer wanted the manager.... And the friendly front staff tried to get her ... At first she was "... on the phone " and 10 minutes later she was just to busy to come to the front. Same sort of ordeal when we asked for thebathroom key. The friendly front staff said sure let me just get it from the manager. Then it was like the manager sends herback... " they are not working " We where like we can use any of them it does not matter. ( seems u need a key ???? to get in). The front staff checked again and came back. " they are all not work.... Hmm we are waiting ob someone to fix ? " is itnot against the law to operate a restaurant with no bathroom ? If they are not working ( which I do not believe ), shouldthere not be a sign posted ? Read more
Ordered mobile pickup 15 minutes earlier than pickup. It wasn't ready until 10 minutes after I arrived. My big crunch combo was... def not an actually big crunch. Tiny chicken only filled half the bun. Tasted fine but would have just bought a smaller meal andspent less for the same amount. Staff didn't greet me and seemed to hate being there. I've been coming to this store for 6+ months but recently I've been noticing the decline in customer service. We usually order a... bucket and a plant based burger combo. Now one gentleman had told us that it'd be better if we ordered from app and came to pickup as the burger takes like 6-7 mins to cook so we started to do it but unfortunately their service is so slow that even ifthere's 2 cars in drive-thru we have to wait 20 minutes to get our number and till then the food is getting cold. Which isreally disappointing as it completely makes it pointless to call the restaurant fast food chain. (We come at night so there'snever more than 1 car ahead of us and still this happens. ) On top of that we had ordered new BOGO offer for 6 pieces ofchicken and as you can see the food was like this when we got back to home. One piece of chicken was missing half of the chunkand some of it was even had burns on them and the batter had gone dark brown. Plus for 2 combos, 2 buckets we just got 5packets of ketchup which is ridiculous as it costs nothing to provide 9-10 packets for such a big order. I really miss the oldstaff which was quite efficient and quick at service, I do understand it is a struggle in food service as I work for a foodchain myself but 0 efforts to make upto 20 minutes of wait in driveway was a letdown. One more thing, we had made 2 saperateorders on name of same person. When we were on mic we had informed the same to the girl who was on cash, but we were just handedout only one order which we realized when we were at home. Thank God that we live nearby so we could drive back and get the 2ndorder too, it seemed really careless of the staff that eventhough we had informed them that there are two orders and they stilljust gave us one and we had to drive back to the restaurant and park in line for another 15 minutes to get 2nd order which ledthe first order to go cold and really soggy.
