Second time going to this location in 2 weeks, the first time I waited 10 mins after being pulled for a sausage & egg breakfast... combo. 2nd time, I ordered a combo with a MD hot chocolate and the hot chocolate was less than half full. I wish I could post apicture of the hit chocolate but it doesn't give me the option. Brutal! Will definitely not be returning to this location. Read more
I come to this location often and the one manager always seems to be snappy and rude. I only ordered one thing that was... straightforward and she snapped at me because I didn't properly specify? Even though I technically did.. I won't go into toomuch detail. If you're that stressed over working at McDonald's then you should probably find a new line of work. We went in and were ignored by three staff members. We finally got in touch with someone named Tatiana and she was so extremely... rude. We were on a road trip and needed to use the washroom and get some food but instead we left and decided to eat elsewherebecause she advised the bathrooms were closed and was extremely rude about it. If the bathrooms are closed- thats fine but thereare nice ways to say things. Absolutley will not be going to this location again. Horrible customer service is something I willnever stand for. Edit: September 2022 Lowered to one star for rude staff. Was not approached or treated with respect when I arrived with my... folding scooter. Wanted to park it in the corner of the empty dining room to grab my mobile order and then leave. A staff memberaccosted me immediately as I entered with a rude tone and told me to get out. When I informed them I was just in and outgrabbing my mobile order, they stomped off to go grumble to coworkers behind the counter. I use my scooter to get to get to andpatronize your restaurant in a timely manner on my lunch breaks. I'd appreciate my sandwiches without the side ofpower-tripping, thanks. Always have issues with the app at this location causing me to waste time on my lunch break. They closethe diner after 6pm rather than actually police the mall crowd and ask loiterers to leave. I am a delivery driver. While doing food delivery I was dehydrated due to heat and I simply order just a shake and the employee... denied to take the order as I was on delivery. I am aware of rules, I was not just going to seat there and enjoy some meal. I'vebeen doing food delivery since a year and this is not happened before. And yes if you are following such so cold rules then howcome your store is disappointing customers. Just watch your ratings and follow every single rule. I forgot to ask the name ofthe employee. Otherwise I would not mind writing the name publicly so people will know that this store employee have no mercy onpeople. And yes on top of that today on July 22 the heat is terrible and highest. Online in the app the store pick-up option is available, but the location was locked. After ringing the bell, even though there... were people indoor, no one came over. After we walked over to the drive-through, which was the ONLY option, the drive-throughstaff asked us to wait until all the cars are served, excuse me? Very slow service. Cash machines were not working properly. Employees had to spend time running back and forth to public... washrooms to open them for clients, every few minutes. Should have some buzzer system for that if the public washrooms now haveto be guarded.Also were out of bakery items. Not too well organized. We'll avoid this one for awhile.???????? Read more
