I was seeing that the order was on the table ready for pickup. When i ring the bell for the window the lady said 1 minute. And... she was dancing on the floor with other employees while keeping me wait for my order. If you want to verify you can check thecamera timing between 2:25AM and 2:50AM on November 3rd 2022. Absolutely done with this McDonalds. Thought why not Give them another try and order them on Uber eats its right around the... corner. Completely got the wrong order from what we ordered. The one burger said no pickles so they picked them off and threwthem in the box with the burger. If they didn't have what we ordered then call instead of giving less food and throw it togetherso it's falling apart in the box. Had problems countless times before this as well. Read more
This McDonald?s is honestly terrible every time I?ve gone here over the years there?s a mistake. Tonight i went through i... ordered 1 kids meal burger and two can dine. I received the wrong kids meal and a bacon blt instead of the Big Mac, called thestores and spoke with a manager was told to come in before 8pm phone call was at 7:30 so i could receive the correct items. Thedrive through employee told me that i wasn't In the book and said manager wasn?t on shift anymore. At this point i was asked togo inside to figure out a solution to still be told i should i wasn't in the book. Excellent guys ... appreciate it with your help .. first time I wanted to buy a coffee from McDonald's but I didn't know the... sizes are same as other coffee shops or not the cashier lady was new employee and other gentleman brought all coffee cups toshow me the sizes and showed the new employee lady as well... thanks guys you gained a new coffee customer.. no more tim hortonsas their employees are so arrogant and disrespectful... appreciate it ???? I don't know why Google keeps listing this place as permanently closed. I had lunch there today. I get coffee there almost every... day. It has never been closed. But it does suck that the dining room and rest rooms are only open from 11-4, and half the diningroom is still closed off. There are no pandemic related occupancy limits anymore. Let me sit and have my morning coffee inside!At least I can still get takeout from 6am-8pm. Drive through is still open 24 hours. Hope Google gets their act together andstops listing it as closed while I stand inside buying food. Read more

Horrible customer relations, they throw the food at you through the window, are very condensending, passive aggressive and rude.... Never a smile or a thank you. Big problems at this restaurant and how it's managed & ran. I'm going to the top with this, I'mtired of it. Read more
