My friend made a reservation at 7pm on 21 September 2022. When we arrived at the front entrance. There were two ladies, I think... they were the hosts. One is older and one is younger. They both didn't say a word when they saw us. My friend told them his namefor the reservation. They both didn't say a word and just looked at their tablet. I found it's very odd. All in a sudden, theyshow a friendly face and smile to greet the couples behide us. Both me and my wife looked at each other and found that thesilence treatment was only for us. The younger girl lead us to our table and only had one conversation with my friend. Me and mywife didn't say anything because that night was my friend's treat. We ordered our foods. One lobster and steak, one chickenand one lamb racks. We waited over 45 minutes before food arrived. The presentation of the dishes were bad. They all burned likecharcoal. You can tell from my pictures. Only the lobster was ok. With the price they charged. I would expect a betterexperience. Read more

Spouse and I went for my birthday. The restaraunt is beautiful and feels very 'high-class'. Neros has a great wine selection -... but the food was just *good*. For a $350 bill, I was expecting to be blown away. The bread we started with was stale, the loadedpotato was dry and lacked flavour, and the salad was a bit soggy. The steak and desert were otherwise very good. The server wasnice but didn't ask if we were celebrating anything until the very end when we were about to leave, and then offered freechocolate cake if we come back next week (as if most people can afford $350 dinner every week). The chicken was absolutely scrumptious, it was juicy, seasoned well, and the wild mushrooms on-top were perfect. The chimicuri... was so fresh hands down one of the best chicken dishes I have ever had. The lobster mac and cheese was mind blowing- thecombination of creaminess with the perfectly baked pasta, with the lobster pieces, my taste buds were so happy! Read more
First of all the service is impeccable. The restaurant itself is beautiful, ask for a window seat overlooking the Detroit... River. The steak was prepared excellently. The lobster was exquisite. The food and service was amazing. We had the surf and turf and was completely satisfied with not only the way is was cooked to... perfection but the quantity.
