First off, I'm not a vegan and have never went to a vegan restaurant, but decided, out of whim, to try it out. There was a... surprising amount of options with soup, salads, pasta, "seitan" style beyond meat meals and a good selection of drinks. I hadthe beef n cheddar which was pretty good. I border vegetarian and vegan and this was all legit vegan. I tried the Ruben, added a GF Caesar salad in lieu of fries (the bun... was enough carbs) and outside of the salad being a little salty at first, it balanced out as I enjoyed both items together. TheRuben was a little messy just like i love and remember from my childhood days but deliciously good - how did they make it vegan,again? My awesome server DeAnna asked if I wanted to try dessert - I went for it but didn?t eat it until the next day and it waseverything delicious as well. The salad was the best Caesar salad I?ve ever had in my life. The right balance of toppings andthe flavor superb especially after I balanced the saltiness. One star removed because the vibe while nice in decor the music wasnot chill and soothing like the food they serve. Just threw me off and was disturbing to listen to at such a loud volume. Idon?t know how people had conversations. I turned on a song with my EarPods and even at a loud volume, it was almost inaudible.If in the area again, I would order to go or eat outside weather permitting to avoid the clash in atmospheric vibe. I'm a regular so I might be bias but this restaurant is THE BEST. Incredible food as always, not sure what to order - I... encourage you to try one of their weekly specials. This place is AMAZING! I decided to stop in and see what all the fuss is about and I couldn?t have been more pleased! Was... greeted promptly upon entering with a warm welcome. Placed my to go order of a Big Mock with Bacon and a sweet potato bisquesoup. While I waited, I was given a quick and friendly tour by a gentleman whom I came to know as Keith and I believe is theowner, I was showed the back patio which is a hidden gem in itself. Nice intimate seating outdoors with a great ambiance withstring lights and plants all around. The interior decor is fresh and inviting. Now about the food. WOW! DELICIOUS! I have to saythis it tasted 1000 times better than a traditional Big Mac. It was juicy, fresh and oh so tasty! No way you would ever believeit was 100% completely Vegan. Even if you are not a Vegan this is definitely a meal you should try. The soup was just as good,rich and creamy and just delightful. I had the pleasure of meeting the ?Souptress? the one responsible for all of the delicioussoups they serve. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was a very nice experience all around. So far, the best vegan restaurant we have been to. They have been able to use plant based meat effectively. Multiple meat... choices such as Saitan, Beyond and Impossible. Most of the dishes are clones of dishes with real meat. My absolute favorite werefried avocado tacos and Philly cheesesteak. Nailed it?!! Poutine was surprisingly good. Read more
PHENOMENAL as always! Noelle was our waitress again and her bright and bubbly personality made my group feel so welcome. She... knew everything on the menu and service was fast - but not rushed. Oh my goodness Nooch, you might be my new boyfriend ???? I have been a vegetarian since I was 4 and have yet to find a true-blue... vegan Eatery and Windsor that's even subpar, but Nooch is out of this galaxy AMAZING! The dish I ordered was so delicious Iactually sent the owner back with a compliment to the chef. Their food isn't good, it's special and their staff the best.
