I didn't actually go in. They were over capacity because of a live show. I'd love to see them get a larger venue for shows. It... was a nice night to hang out outside and watch the bands play though. Read more
Awesome venue. Nice owner...well, I think so. Can't wait for everything to reopen!
Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Some local brew options. A little on the pricey side in my opinion but still a good... place to see live, original music if you're not looking for a high class venue. It's dark and dingy and full of character. Depending on the band, bring earplugs. It's a small place and it can get really loud. Lost 1/2 star for drink prices and 1/2star for the sound system. If you're gonna have live music, I would advocate for a decent PA and someone to at least help withsoundcheck. Aside from that, keep supporting local music! Read more
Went to see a show and they were over capacity. Given the size of the venue, this is probably pretty common. That part is... understandable. What isn't understandable is that they still insist on charging you for parking. The second we pulled up thisguy Ted is at our window asking for money. He didn't even let us or if our car, nevermind checking the venue to see If we couldget in, before paying. This all seems very set up and intentional. When we came back 30 sec later and respectfully asked if wecould have our parking fee back, he flat out refused and hid in his little parking outhouse to avoid taking to us. As far asI'm concerned, this is a scam supported by Phog. He is well aware that they'll be over capacity by 930 and at that point gets tocharge a full night's parking to each car that shows up for 30 seconds by not letting them check the venue, just telling them,or giving their money back if they're there less than 1min.
