Everything was going well, good and fresh until my husband found a piece of metal in his panzo.
Four guys at the back were swearing in Hindi , loudly at each other . Absolutely horrible customer service . We been to other... locations , they are usually on the ball but these four guys , are so slow and rude at taking order . Needed to use the washroomfor little kids and guess what , since they did not want to clean the washroom, told us , it is out of service but there was nosign it said , it is out of order . Stopped in for a slice and it's just like when I was a teen stopping in for a slice + inflation. Lol I really like this... particular Pizza Pizza. We've been ordering from them for nearly a decade and they have consistently provided us great serviceand pizza. They really should bring back the Italian sausage sandwich though. They still carry all of the ingredients, itdoesn't make sense. Read more
Worst service in this city already at 3.7 stars should just close this store off to online order No more in person clearly no... one in the store cares we stood there for almost 10mins until the employee even asked what we would like to order. I've been going to this location for a long time. The food is usually fine. Last night I recieved a pizza by delivery and this... is how my pizza looked. So angry that a place would drop a box of pizza, not check it and serve it to the customer. They didreplace and deliver me a new pizza (45 min later) and had the nerve to take the destroyed pizza back. Had to check the box andcount the slices before they would give a replacement. Total lack of professionalism. I will NEVER order from Pizza Pizzaagain. Read more
I did placed an order and picked it. Half Moon bread tasted funny and looks stale. So call customer services for a replacement... and request went through. So the store called after 5 mins and tells me I am cheap and whining over $5 bread. So I called backcustomer service again reporting rude behaviour of the store operator. After 10 mins of wait they offered $5 credit and I toldthem to keep it with them and I will not be ordering anything from any pizza pizza ever. If the same store operator of thislocation is reading this review he can see this bread ending up in garbage bin. Read more
At exactly 10:03, I placed an order over my phone, and the woman told it would take 15-20 minutes. Techumseh is a 15-minute trip... from my home. We stopped placing orders with the one closest to us after discovering a cockroach in our pizza. When I called thehealth unit, they took absolutely no actions. The point is, that as soon as I walked inside the store, it was already 10:30,and YASH was shoving my pizza into the oven. I started to wonder why it was taking so long considering the woman on the phonehad said it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes. and while I continue speaking with YASH, he remarks, "Well, I wasn't the OneWaiting Outside, How Does That Affect me? I'm going to phone the corporate office to ensure that YASH never speaks to anyone inthat way again. Leaving a Pizza store at 11 at night is INSANE!! Read more
