Staff is rude- girl upfront is not apt for service industry. Bossy. Boba/tapioca is never cooked in any of the times we have... been here. Cook your tapioca yo!!! A lot of the drinks taste artificial. E.g. all of the milky series. We asked for a refund orexchange the drink. Flatly refused and unapologetic Taro drink tastes artificial. These experiences are not new. They havehappened now at least three times. Go to chatime on Provincial. Much better experience there... Although their taro is notanything to write home about either. Tried mango slushy with mango popings, amazing, might think it is expensive but totally worth it by its size
I just bought a Japanese burned coffee slush. It was just ice. I could barely taste coffee in it. I have had this slush earlier... as well couple of times and this is the second time they did that. Looks like I am having slushed water with a tiny little pinchof coffee in it. Didn?t complain last time but this time I have to otherwise they won?t know. Overall the place is good , servesamazing drinks and dining is also nice. Hadn?t they done this with my slush twice I would have rated 5 stars. Read more
Called with 10 min before close... I did want to order while they were just about to walk oh the door... The said why'd make... they order and totally made my nigbt.... Quality drinks.. Quality staff... Everything made tastes freaks... Absolutely love thisplace and would recommend it to anyone. Incredible shop I can't praise it a enough... Also the prices might SEEM high but youare getting these HUGE cups filled to the top of whatever you bough... Thank you guys and girls!!! Read more
Enjoy getting their mango jelly Boba bubble tea. I also enjoy their taro bubble tea. Sometimes I think that there are too much... complications in ordering as different variants are different just by adding one word or removing them (that probably is me) Read more
The staff is friendly and sometimes they may struggle in understanding your order is you speaking very fast. In house seating... space is decent however you might struggle to find parking spot around this location. We ordered regular size summerfruit teaand Dalgona coco coffee (new item). Read more

I dislike their pricing and service! It was a terrible experience at this location on this hit afternoon! I stopped by with so... much excitement for a fruit tea only to leave with a tragic experience. Staff does not know how to prepare a drink that canactually be drinkable! They prepared the drink in a SPLIT CUP WITH SO MUCH ICE! I requested for less ice and as soon I tried topierce the top, the cup literally burst split into 2 and the who drink exploded onto me! They use terrible quality containercups and price of the drink is 50% higher than GTA! Their pricing is ridiculous! And so not worth it! Plus the staff is rudeenough to blame you even when you are the victim! I did get my money back but the whole experience has been traumatic! Pleaseavoid this store if you can! Read more
