Have been treated extremely rudely by an lady employee on Wednesday Nov 2 around 8:45. Employee not putting ingredients even... after requesting, stating that she doesn?t have even when I could see the ingredient was in front of my eyes. The franchiseshould look into this. Read more
The place was in a bad shape, came in around 2:40 PM for a late lunch. We were the only customers at that time. No clean tables,... no clean trays. The only person working in the store was busy watching videos on their phone, all restocking was done after Iplaced an order, had to request to get one clean table and a tray. Very poorly managed location. The food itself was average,barely any cheeses in the Quesadilla, fell apart in seconds. Please do better next time Read more

I?ve had great experienced at other locations of this franchise. However, at this one, I went to the store to pick up my order... and the woman at the front told me that the order had not gone through. I showed her my Uber receipt and order number, I evenshowed her the TRANSACTION on my bank account, which was clear proof I had paid, and asked if she could please ask her managerwhat the protocol was, but since she did not see the order on her Uber app she simply said her manager is not available and shewill not do anything. I think there is room for better customer service here, the other Quesada store in South Windsor once mademe the sandwich even though I had ordered to a different address by mistake. This time the issue was not even my fault, yet Iwas met with negligence and a lack of accountability. Read more
Ordered a burrito bowl via Door Dash, and it was cold and inedible. Got the spicy chicken, with roasted beggies and queso and... not even these topping were at least warm. Honestly felt like I was just going to be sick and unfortunately had to toss a $16bowl. Read more
Freezing cold meat and bad quality ingredients, tasted like they could care less about customers satisfaction to be nice...... bought the 3 taco deal for 8.99 ended up to be about $13+ somehow for 3 tacos by the end . Felt obligated to just pay. Took 1bite of taco instantly gagged because it was disgusting quality of ingredients. Worst food place I've ever been to, I never ratestuff either . Just need to warn you all theres no care for quality. Threw away whole meal and will never go back I wish Icould rate 0 stars 1 is too many. Read more
Absolutely rude customer service. The lady was on phone when we arrived there to order. She acted rudely and wouldn?t make the... order as directed. She used wrong ingredients even after being clear about it. Also she behaved rudely when I ordered for thedrink after I finished my dinner stating that I should have ordered it before. Terrible customer service. Check out otherbranches but never visit this one. Read more
