This little hidden gem has, by far, the best sushi in town. The food is fresh and delicious, the presentation is excellent, and... the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is clean and modern. We fancy ourselves sushi connoisseurs and havetried out most of the sushi restaurants in the area. We have yet to find another restaurant that impresses us as much as Salt. This place is our go-to for our sushi fix. Read more

It was our first visit to this restaurant. We consider ourselves veterans when it comes to judging the quality of Japanese food... and in particular, sushi and sashimi. After sampling the food we felt that the owners/chefs have fashioned a superbly unusualtake on crafting a tastefully superior offering of our favorite foods. The presentation was clearly well thought out and thecombinations of flavors was both interesting and a treat for the palate. The fish was fresher than what you are typically servedat most run of the mill sushi restaurants. Even the miso soup was tasty and a perfect prelude to the balance of our meal. We arenot as familiar as others with the newer offerings that seem more commonplace in modern sushi restaurants but this placepresents these newer rolls in such a way that made them attractive to the eye and extremely satisfying to our more conservativetastebuds. There were certain dishes missing from our usual expectations on Japanese restaurant menus but the addition of itemssuch as the excellent poke bowls more than made up for it. It seems to us that the need to adequately accommodate the AYCE crowdwhile serving superior sushi makes the goal of crafting a one of a kind experience even more difficult than normal. In ouropinion the owners have accomplished this both with style and aplomb. Read more

My go-to sushi place! Super close to home and I just love their all you can eat menu. The staff is friendly, the restaurant has... a good atmosphere, plus after 9pm they dim the lights for happy hour (and their specials are great too) Read more

Ordered take out Fri Dec 17 and was very disappointed. The order was inaccurate and overall quality was poor. The rice was stale... and the avacados were brown, the miso soup tasted like water and had no kelp and very little tofu in it, I bit into a hard coreof some type in the sushi. This was actually the second time we ordered here, the first we ate in and the quality was better butservice level was poor. Will most likely not be returning. Read more

We drive across town to pick up sushi from here. They nailed the perfect rice. Their sushi is superior quality. Also try the... poke bowl. Yum. (Images are replated takeout) Read more
