Ordered the general Taos chicken combination dinner and asked clear as crystal On the phone that I?d like noodles instead of... rice and i paid extra for them only to get home and find out they ignored my request and put rice instead without anyexplanation. I order the Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken combination. I do want to try different dishes but I can't stop getting this... one! Unlike other places I have tried, the chicken seems like it is made to order - not soggy! The chicken fried rice was alsovery well cooked and seasoned. Ordered for the first time and everything was delicious. Delivery was fast. Probably the best hot and sour soup ive ever had.... Everything was full of flavor and was not bland. The fried rice was also fantastic. They have vegetarian options as well. I willdefinitely be ordering from here again. Read more
Probably the best take out place in all of Windsor food wise. Incredibly good stuff here. The lady handling ordering is a little... sharp but honestly it just means less time is wasted so I kinda prefer it. Like a harsh but loving grandma who will smack ya ifyou waste her time. Honestly the fried rice here alone is worth 5 stars mix it with everything else and you have a winner. Read more
Very poor experience. First, they gave us the wrong food. Second, when we called to let them know this, the lady started to... yell at my wife about it. People make mistakes, it would have been fine, but there's never a need to yell at a customer whopoints your mistake out. On another note, the food was very mediocre at best. Will never order from here again, I would notrecommend them to anyone. Read more
Absolutely great spot for Schezwan food! I believe this is a family restaurant and you can see the care and teamwork they put... into their food. I had a large takeout order and everything was (temperature) hot and delicious when we ate it. They were busyon Sat night (so long wait) but luckily we called early. Very happy with the food and service!! Recommend: Hong Kong stylesquid and Singapore noodles. Read more
I just ordered food from Szechuan Kitchen and I'm very disappointed they gave me my food which was combination number 3 beef... Chop Suey chicken Soo Guy and fried rice and my beef chop suey has no beef ... wast of money and just plane cheap Read more
