Maybe I sound like a d*** and if I do I apologize and i am . . . but I ordered skip the dishes they have a promotional item on... that I saw at my local store on Manning however it wasn't obviously on skip the dishes. I simply paid for an item a dollar more.Call the store asked if they could substitute the promotioanl items and put it in the bag to which they responded no our managersays we can't do that. it's it's Taco Bell. Stood in line for more than 5 minutes with no one in front of use. The gentleman that was at the cash walked back to the... kitchen area. No one came out to serve us. We left. Read more
Extremely rude. Placed an order at drive through. Had to repeat myself 4 times. Pulled to the window to pay, the young lady... literally tossed the bag at me. I asked if I could check the order because the speaker wasn?t working. Was told it?s inthere. Called the store, asked for a manager, was told no one available. Order completely wrong. Went thru drive thru, a young girl was at the window I was very friendly, even asked how she was doing and was not acknowledged... AT ALL! Not even a hello OR smile. I kept saying thank you and again was not acknowledged at all. She then proceeded to yell ather coworkers who were very clearly goofing around and yelling in the kitchen. I even asked why I wasn?t being acknowledged(again didn?t even get a hello???) I?ve worked in customer service many years, a hello ID the bare minimum. After asking insteadof being addressed she literally just shoved my bag of food in my hand and laughed. After a long day at work this was the worstexperience EVER. The food was also not fresh, hardly any toppings on anything, cold, everything was just thrown in the bag sosome of it had opened. I would literally NEVER return. I fine it strange too that there is such a large amount of poor reviewson google for this location and no one seems to be addressing them or the people leaving them. Do better! Seriously. Restaurant was clean. Friendly staff at the counter. Food was ok.
Ordered my food (a party pack and combo four) and was asked to pull around and wait. Twenty mins later I gave up and pulled back... around to the drive through, and was told my food was Ready and I could pick it up at the window. Food was lukewarm and theorder was incorrect. $4.19 for 1 Meximelt which stayed mostly on the wrapping paper. I have never had a Meximelt so expensive and stuck to the... paper.I can't pick it up from the paper at all, never mind bite into it. What a waste of money and mess!!! Read more
Got a decently large meal for two and the whole meal was lacking in meat. Barely any on all 5 items. What was lacking in beef... arose in the form of long, white hairs in 2 burritos. Absolutely nasty. Also overcharged a couple bucks, but who's counting,right???? Read more
