What a lovely surprise. All the ingrediants are so fresh!!!! The atmoshere small and cosy. Had the pleasure of great... conversation with the owner. He is about to expand and is launching a new platform. I ordered the crab rangoon dumpling, seafoodsalad and the Walkerville roll. Superb roll with shrimp and crispy tarot root. This is NOT your run of the mill sushi restaurant (of which seem to be popping up on every corner like popcorn!). The owners... Shane (also the chef) and his lovely wife Michelle go the extra mile(s!!) to make sure your experience is unforgettable and toturn you into a regular customer. Shane takes much pride in his creativity and well he should. I've never experienced so manytasty homemade special sauces in a sushi restaurant before. Everyone of his sauces were out of this world but Michelle will giveyou tips on which sauce is best with which roll, sashimi or nigiri. My new favourite sushi spot in Windsor. Tonight was our fourth time (I think) ordering from here, and wow we are so impressed... overall. The fish is always so so fresh tasting, the rolls are all simple but of very high quality. The cream cheese avocadodumplings are my favourite. Great... variety of rolls and sauces; highly recommend the Dragonfly sauce and Shitake Soy sauce. I?ve tried almost every roll, love themall. You can get rolls without green onion, I always opt for it, works well with all my favourite rolls. Ratio of rice to otheringredients is perfect, the owner and chef definitely mastered that! Fresh chunks of fish is incredibly satiating. I alwaysorder take out, their online system works great. Pick up is easy, the couple running the store are awesome, always kind andwelcoming.
