I have a friend whose father just passed and me and some pals wanted to pitch in to show him some love. Instead of flowers we... decided that food would be a good choice (when grieving it's hard to take care of yourself). We went to The Meal Prep Companyand Katie and Rashad (owners) made it so easy for us to grab a bunch of meals for our friend. They took time to show me somegood options and exactly how everything works...super easy. The inside of the shop was beautiful and clean. The customer servicewas top notch. They even threw in a smoothie for me which was super kind. These guys are fantastic and I wish them all kinds ofsuccess...they're great for our community in Windsor/Essex. Keep up the good work! I rarely rate businesses online but felt compelled to recently. I have used this company in association with my gym over the... past few months. My experience has been impeccable. Rashad and Katie run a great business. Great ambiance in the store if youwant to grab a healthy smoothie, and delivery was simple and easy. The meals are healthy and so yummy, but, what really setsthem apart is their consideration for their customers. Their kindness and consideration was apparent within the first week ofusing their services, and since then, they have demonstrated kindness, being accommodating and going above and beyond. The pride they take in preparing qualitymeals can be tasted throughout their product line. This is my favorite place to go when I need to grab something when I'm out. This meal prep company has some of the best tasting dishes in the city! Good prices and great portions compared to other meal... prep places! Amazing customer service, the Owners are very interactive and ensured to follow up with the guest... They were personable and... friendly. This is a must try when your in the neighborhood. Has become my new favourite stop for healthy, affordable, and convenient meals on the go. The team is incredible and always... friendly. Great atmosphere. Food is delicious and nutritious. Just tried the new chickpea stew - by far one of my newfavourites! Use to go to a different ?meal prep? type store in the city but found the customer service / team frekndlinesssub-par.
