12 or more staff working and yet they have one person working the counter while a line builds up in the facility. I see plenty... of staff standing around at there station and about 7 employees huddle at the drive through window. Read more
Good for on the go or a fair sized lounge. w/ parking. Surrounded by a gas bar with a car wash.
Walked in to buy gift cards. Was not asked for reward card. Asked if I could scan rewards card, I was informed by the cashier... that it was too late. I asked him to re do the order and he told me he was not able. Would give no stars but site does notallow. No stars for no customer service. Wonder if the dude realizes that Tim?s is not paying him. I stop at this location everyday on my way to work st 5:30am and pick up a coffee and a muffin, I have been doing this for a... number of years. In the last few weeks there are no muffins ready. Customer service is great at this location but availabilityof food items early in the morning is poor. Read more
The 5 stars is only for the customer experience, because your employees have to work at getting ?best drive through times?,... that?s why customers end up having poor quality service as well as product. It?s absolutely ridiculous that Tim Hortons hasthese standards. I?m a customer and regularly because I enjoy the coffee and most of the food products it I?ll be honest, Ioften go to Starbucks where I?m not rushed into ordering, paying and leaving as fast as I can.
