Great untill you call them and ask if walk-in is open they say yes and you get there and the doors are closed...
Stopped in for a quick grab of coffee and pastries for a meeting, the service was quicker then any other location for a box of... coffee. The coffee was hot and fresh, pastries still warm from the oven, and staff went above and beyond to ensure I receivedeverything I needed. Read more
Was burnt on legs from putting a sleeve on my hot water. I made a report and don't intend to take legal action. That being said... ....the owner did not bother to reach out to me at all. Very surprised at the lack of caring. And I will probably end up with asmall scar. Thanks for permanent memory of bad business owners!! Read more
Never get the same coffee twice, staff is usually too busy talking to hear your order, Then mess up the order.

Just wanted to share the experience I just had with your location, when I arrived at the drive-through I ordered a ham and... cheddar with no tomatoes in a combo with wedges a large ice coffee and a 10 pack of timbits. When I arrived at the window I paidfor my order and got everything except for my ice coffee,when I asked for my ice coffee I was told I would have to pay for it,Iwas fine with that but i explained that it shouldn't be full price since I ordered a combo, she then told me she already chargedme for the rest of my food and she couldn't change it and that I'd have to pay full price, rather then argue and hold up theline I said forget it and left. Worst experience, they have never made any of my drinks correctly not once. I ordered a bagel combo dismorning in store because... drive thru was packed. Coffee not made correctly, asked for cream and sugar on the side, ( didn't get any). My bagel was barleywarm/ toasted and the egg wasn't warm/ hot. Ordered a box of timbits and they gave me mixed when I asked for only one kind.Wasnt able to get it fixed as I was out of town with my entire order messed up. Service was super slow waited 25 mins for myorder. Asked the worker to get extra cream and sugar on the side and he walked away from me. Never again, all take my businesselsewhere.
