Once again I received the wrong order, I was giving a medium stepped tea when I ordered a large, the staff seem to make alot of... mistakes as this was not the first time I've had issues with Tim Hortons, it seems to me the staff are not listening to what thecustomers ordering. If I could give it negative stars I would. Thankfully a gentleman pointed out that our food had been given to another customer... who had opened it and the employee took it from them and gave it to us. It took about 5 mins to resolve the girl who did thistook off. Same girl didn't refund people who had ordered ice Capps and the machine was down. But subbed in with other cheaperdrinks. This place has been either hit or miss. Never seem to have c9ld brew and they pass off ice coffee for cold brew.
Quality Tim Hortons all around but because of the busy intersection (at Howard Avenue and Tecumseh Road East) it?s difficult to... get into and out of via a car - especially during peak hours. In addition, the sit down area is smaller than a regular Tims. Read more
