I went through the drive-thru today around 9:15 in the morning at this Tim Hortons and forgot to make sure I have enough money... to order what I want to get. As a matter of fact I forgot I had a little bit of cash on me in my wallet, but that's besides thepoint. The payment didn't go through because I didn't have enough funds on my card. I tried it again hoping maybe I do haveenough but it declined again, so definitely not enough funds in my account. My card app wouldn't load and I couldn't visuallycheck how much I had on it. So I ended up trying to give the order back because I know things cost money and I should be payingfor it. One of the employees spoke out and said that's why you're supposed to check your balance before going to therestaurant. The fact is I'm not used to doing that because I never had this problem before. I was never low on simple coffeemoney and always had more than enough for a small thing like that. The girl at the window told me not to worry about it and Isaid thank you. I heard some other girl standing behind her say they hope it makes my day better. But I overheard a 3rd girlemployee calling me a dishonest chump just as I was leaving before the window shut. The point is I put my car in reverse assoon as she said it didn't go through, and was willing to give something up that's not paid for, and still got accused ofdishonesty. No education, honesty, respect, or any class at all anymore. That's why I go to other coffee shops most of thetime, because Tim managers in the Windsor area keep hiring low cowards who can't be seen as people in the eyes of people! Read more

Worse Tim hortons ever!!! They make mistakes and don?t even apologize, they rush you in drive thru. Never going back there... again. Read more
The staff are a hit or miss, I received a coffee instead of the step tea I ordered, long story short after complaining nothing... was done the staff on hand just ignored what I was saying nothing was done to correct my complaint. Read more
By far the best Tim Hortons in Windsor. Anna makes the best coffee and she?s always smiling and has a great customer service.
The staff at this location are very friendly and had my order ready fast and efficiently even tho they were very busy. I asked... for a sausage patty on the side for my dog and they even gave me an extra one for free for her. Talk about going above andbeyond Read more
Horrible service, cashier managed to apply the wrong offer on the app and gave us the wrong food and refused to fix order even... though they made the wrong thing, saying ?it?s only a dollar difference so what?s the point of changing it?. Food was cold andwe ended up having to warm it up at home! The manager on duty didn?t seem to even care that the crew needed help, kept going tothe back room instead of actually doing their job, overall horrible visit. Read more
Ask for a turkey melt with TOMATOES all the time, and never get the added tomatoes yet im charged for it. Bad experience
