They made my order wrong for three consecutive days on 3rd day I saw that manager or assistant manager wad making food so I... thought i will get my order right today, but no... I got even worst!!! Nothing is right with this tim Hortons. Staff andmanagement is rude.... very rude , Drive thru is worst, they serves expired coffee and steep tea everytime. They never got myfood right. Tim's is that go to study place or good to have a coffee with a friend. It's usually busy and unfortunately the cleanliness is... lacking. Also, it can be long to get your order and there are mistakes sometimes. Most of the times, the tables are dirty andthe bathrooms are gross. Often, I clean the table I sit at and I've seen others do so as well. However, it's still ok forstudying and the options have been getting better. Read more

Often very busy and when they are all logic goes out the window. Multiple times my order has been wrong, burnt coffee or... completely out of something and did not inform me until after I had ordered. The day staff during the week is wonderful andalways great service. Read more
Very respectfully, the worst tims I have ever ate at. In my 24 years of life I have never taste something so bad. It was... embarrassing that I even disrespected myself enough to eat that. On top of that, I received poisoning from it. Service was slow.Staff was friendly. This will be the last time i ever get something from a tim hortons, unless its an emergency. Read more
I only get coffee, bagel and apple fritter now. I don't think they can screw that up ????. I thought I'd try the new wrap, but... when I got to the window she said they didn't have any chicken. So much for that. Super slow at the drive through that I go to???? Read more
