Horrible customer service at chandler!!!!! I got the wrong order in drive thru so I went in. No apologie, no thank you. We got... attitude and then when something was said about it we were told "were busy". Will never go there again, so rude!! Read more
Idk how hard it is to make a bagel, It's either incompetence or they just hate the job. I ordered a double toasted bagel because... all you get is a warm bagel these days. Toasting a bagel properly takes too long now for an extremely inpatient world. Anyway itstill was not toasted and completely loaded with butter. That has been my experience ordering bagels from that location. Read more

Worst experience ever, we ask for bagel with herbs and garlic they just add a little bit of it and they charge me more than $5.... I asked for 2 slice of tomatoes they put only one in it you can see in pictures, they didn?t even toast it properly I triedother stores as well but this one is not worth spending. Read more

These people are complete idiots. I can?t even count how many times I have ordered an egg and cheese farmers wrap and received... it with meat. Do you really want careless pieces of garbage making your food? The order is very simple. I don?t ask for anyspecial requests. I click egg and cheese farmers wrap. That?s it. If they are that careless/ illiterate what else are theyneglecting? I?m sure various health and safety violations and I would assume if they?re that stupid, hygiene would be an issueas well. Public health inspectors - please visit this location and shut them down. Read more

Tonight I decided to grab a tea knowing there was three... cars ahead of me, but I did not expect to wait 18 minutes from the time I ordered until I got to the window. During my 18 minwait I could hear people behind me getting frustrated . When I approached the window I asked why it took so long, the young manlaughed and said my coffee was free after he scanned my points card. And that was all. Sorry won't ever go back, too many longwaits in this drive thru!!! Read more

Decided to go through the drive thru for a coffee around 9:30pm. Drove up to order and no response from inside. Continued to the... window where the young man tore himself away from his completely captivating conversation and deigned to take my order. Ithanked him when he handed me my order, he walked away saying Ya, whatever. Wow Tim Hortons. Your customer service is as greatas ever. I don?t go very often for these very reasons.
