Their debit was down. They didn't feel like informing anyone about it until you get to the window. No sign, no prompt at the... speaker, just pretend like it's business as usual until they get to see the disappointment on your face as you realize you nowneed to drive away empty handed. This was my first time at this location and the first time ordering the Craveable Roast Beef Sandwich. I came into the shop... rather late in the day and was told I was too late to order the item I really wanted, so this was a second choice. The serverwas friendly and helpful. The sandwich itself was the reason for the reduction of 1 star. The sandwich depicted in the menuboard looked like it would have been a satisfying meal with ample meat. The sandwich I received had three very thin slices ofroast beef just long enough to cover the base of the bun. I would estimate the weight of meat at about 2 oz. It looked nothinglike the photo on the menu board and was not filling at all. I would return to this location based on the quality of service butwould not order this item again. Read more
