Went through the drive thru at 11:30 at night. Don?t understand how the sign clearly says ?late night cravings? where the... sandwich selection is and yet I?m being told they don?t serve anything but bagels after 5pm? Very disappointed when I come fromwork on afternoons and I can?t have anything on the menu except for a bagel. Read more
Every time I order here something is almost always made wrong and they give you either too much or too little of something.... Second time getting a croissant with butter and they put the whole container on it. So disgusting!!! One of the worst Tim?s. Iwill be going to a different one now. Always disappointed here. The best Tim Hortons location I've ever visited! The food was fresh and the selection of goods was impressive.
This is what me asking for a double-toasted bagel with light/half butter. It is soaking, with butter falling all over and if you... look to the right of the picture, that's some butter that probably fell. Cross-contamination of food is becoming a very commonexperience at Tim Horton's. I tried asking for help and brought it to staff attention before with no changes. This is not theonly location that's doing the same thing. I also experienced it with Tim's on Banwell. The staff there is overall kind, butsome get quite impatient with me repeating my order... Ridiculously long lineups with horribly slow service. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for coffee. Even with the long... wait the order still wasn't ready when I got to the pickup window. The staff is totally clueless and it's obvious thatmanagement is as well. This has to be the worst run Tim Hortons in the city and possibly in the entire chain. Read more
I've had to go back on several occasions because my order wasn't right, usually missing something. Hot drinks have been luke... warm more than once. Read more
