This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Very rude staff that seem to care more about gossiping between each other... than doing their jobs. The faking their drive through times needs to stop, its not okay to force someone who went through thedrive through to pull around and go in to get their order, especially when theres no other cars in the drive through, so thatthey can fake slow drive through times. The boy working the counter today was extremely unpleasant. Could be from the lack of staff they have. He was the only one... working the counter, and the drive through. And preparing all the orders. I guess I would be miserable too. Long waits beforeeven acknowledged let alone served. Tim Hortons, stop being so cheap and hire more people! Read more
Not sure why theres complaints. These kids r great considering the small area theyve got to work around. No kitchen either so,... yeah, they will run out of stuff until someone brings them more donuts/food. This retiree stops everyday for my pm timmies andALWAYS find them courteous and friendly. Some ppl just dont appreciate how hard they work. I do and know that sometimes theyreworking inside counter and drivethru window ALONE. Read more
The worst Tims ever. Often they run out of cream for coffee and never have stuff available to order. Can't hear the workers on... the speaker and they act as if you are an inconvenience for them. Need to be closed down or a new owner found. Read more
I get milk in my drinks but many times have recieved cream instead and when I asked for milk politely I was gossiped about by... employees without them realizing the window was open. When they did realize and I said something they denied it and acted like Iwas ridiculous. Read more
My issue isn?t with the service it?s with the management of most Tim?s but including this one. Until they treat their workers... better and stop stealing from them I no longer support them. If you know anyone who has ever been employed by them then you knowwhat I?m talking about. Read more
