GUYZ !! YOU NEED MORE STAFF especially afternoon and evening time, I am visiting this place every day after my school and there... were only two or three team members are taking care of lots of customers !! Total chaos !! They ran out of every food items Eveyday, customers wait for their orders for around 15-20 min... Thats ridiculous . Though the staff is very hardworking and kindbut they need more people to help every customer!! You just can't give the burden of the whole store to just two employees !!! Read more
Oh my God I am a proud Canadian ((and American)Canadian born Canamerican)) because Tim Hortons is THE #1 coffee shop/restaurant... destination for most good ol' Canadian citizen's. I la-la-love the steak, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a cheesecroissant (yum yum yummy yum yum deliciousness awesome). Other honourable mentions are an iced cappuccino with chocolate milk,frozen strawberry lemonade and of course you can't go wrong with the coffee or baked goods. I 100% recommend Tim Horton's to anyhuman being who has the chance to give what I like to call Timmy Timmy Ho Ho's aka Tim Hortons a try, you won't be disappointed. Read more
Nice staff....but its the owners I think is the problem. Every time I come in here the internet does not work. I wax told... because it's downtown and to many people are using it do it doesn't. Clearly it's a made up excuse. I've been in here when it'spacked at noon and I'm in here now an hr before close..still doesn't work..but the downtown wifi works effortless...sadly Ithink it's a prejudice mentality..the store is located where homelessness is high...without a doubt it's a diversion to keep thesaid element away...I did have a 4star review which I changed after sitting here for an hour and watching...I won't be comingback and I hope anyone reading this comes to the same conclusion..the stigma needs us to change it... I ordered chilli and wow they don't have a spoon, I had to use the spoon which I had in my bag!!Amazing response!
If I could give zero stars I would.... I order delivery every day and unfortunately the app keeps sending my order to this tim... hortons and literally every single order has been wrong. Almost 2 months of ordering 7 days a week and you people couldn't evenget just one order right? It seems like they really don't care about the deliveries since the customers aren't actually there todeal with it but it's definitely making my want to start going to Starbucks instead!! Read more
