The place is dirty when no one is there, but I've come to expect that from Tim Hortons. Bathrooms are locked, so you have to ask... to unlock the door, no napkins anywhere in the store so you have to ask for those too and the only way to get some is to getthem handed to you crumbled by the workers. So they have to literally touch every single napkin before you get it, not sure howthat is even sanitary when we're in the business of wrapping every angle straw these days. Finally you sit down to do some workand the wifi is out, you ask about it and get shrugs. It seems Tim Hortons is not even trying anymore. Read more
The customer service is always good at this location. I am so happy they have the Cilantro Lime Veggie Wraps because its very... hard to get vegetarian fast food, but every location that I've been to has given me a different version. The first one I triedwas amazing it had crispy onions and a sauce that was delicious along with the rice and beans and veggies. The second waseverything listed above but with no rice and beans and the third is this location that gave me the wrap with no crispy onionsand mayo as the sauce, at least I got the rice and beans though. I looked up what is supposed to be on the Cilantro Lime VeggieWrap and it is supposed to come with the rice and beans, veggies, crispy onions and cilantro lime sauce. I wish they would putup a ingredients list for employees that have a hard time remembering what goes into wraps that people are paying for. Read more
Good people and a good place but in general Tim Horton's taste and quality are not that good anymore .
Best Tim Horton's in Windsor. The workers are absolutely lovely and the food and drinks I order from here are always made... perfectly. I come here everyday after school and this is my favorite Tim Horton's I've ever been too :) Read more
A very pleasant visit today at this location. Friendly employees. Fast service. Good food and drinks. Promotions on the app are... nice. Much better than the location at 2390 Walker Road near the Chrysler plant; they are a mess and quite rude. BTW, themanager at this Ottawa street location, Dyann, is a really nice person. She runs a tip-top crew and the restaurant isimmaculate. Read more
Went and got a large iced coffee with espresso no ice and a medium coffee. The medium was about 3/4 inch under filled. I... understand the iced coffee being under filled because no ice but it is annoying. If they want to be technical it would be niceto do it correctly, the iced coffee should go to the 4th line, plus I got espresso so it should be slightly over but it wasunder. 2 stars because the staff at the window were nice.
