I'm only giving this location 3/5 stars for the dining room not open for breakfast before 9:00am. If you want breakfast before... 9am you better have a vehicle. Lunch and dinner is fine. Read more
Very quick service at the drive thru. We had their new-ish breakfast offerings. I like the breakfast baconator, surprised they... didn't make a cheeseburger with egg version of this. Recently they refused to serve us breakfast at like 1015 am too. Still,will utilize the odd coupon here. Read more
This location is terrible. I am not one to write reviews that are bad especially considering I spent years in the fast food... industry and am still in the restaurant industry but I have now had one too many bad experiences. The manager working (I assumeshe was the manager because she was the only one in a different shirt) was rude when I told her I asked for something differentthan what she tried to hand me. Apparently they misheard me at the speaker which isn?t a big deal but she seemed to be in ahurry even though it wasn?t busy from what I could see. I also have had experiences at this location where my friend has gottenfood poisoning, I?ve gotten the wrong order more times than I can count and I?ve also had hair in my burger or salad more timesthan I can count. I understand mistakes happen but the last straw for me is when an employee is being rude when there?s like 2cars behind me and it was an easy fix. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. Long line up at the drive thru and it did not move. I probably spent $10 in gas just idling in... line. The girl that took my order was totally clueless. I had to repeat the order 4 times and she still didn?t have a clue whatI wanted. I ordered their promo Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt and as you can see from the photos their are advertising it veryprominently. The girl says she never even knew the burger existed. Very poor training on management?s part if their staff isunaware of the menu. So after all this I get to the window to pick up the order and I noticed that they gave me fries instead ofthe baked potato that I had ordered. I pointed this out to the young boy that handed me the order and he started arguing with methat the order said fries and if I wanted a baked potato I would have to pay for one. After expressing my total displeasure Ipaid for the potato and left. This store is very poorly run and the management should all be replaced if that?s their idea ofmanaging a restaurant. The young man should have just apologized to me and given me the baked potato that I ordered rather thanarguing with me and further angering me. I doubt that anyone from the restaurant will contact me with an apology or a resolutionbut at least I can let others know what a poorly run establishment this is. Read more
May 15, 2021, Remember the Wendy's commercial "Where's The Beef?" Well if you don't fix your "Spicy Chicken" chicken patty size,... other food restaurant chains are going to make a "Where's The Chicken?" commercial. I have a lot of visits at this location. I don't have any complaints about quality or consistency here. The odd mistake here or... there but that happens. As long as the food is fresh, I am good. The staff here are great also. They have a clean restaurant andI find the employees to be organized and they appear to be well trained. The managers seem to be always on the floor working andhelping their employees when it is busy. If you want fresh consistantant service, this location has that down. Horrible service fries under cooked ask for a double bacinator get a chicken burger , ask for a Dave's double cheeseburger minus... onions get it plain and wait 20 minutes for this truely horrible that was a take out order as the tables were dirty so whowants to eat of that ... total waste of money !!
