My chicken fingers and fries were dry and had 2 different types of fingers. Wth! Also did not give me ranch dressing instead... they put it on a burger that was ordered from a friend. Not to mention they said 15 minutes and food would be ready we show up20 minutes later and they haven't even started my food. This place is a joke. I will never get food from there again. Read more

If I could give them no stars I would extremely rude old owner I walked in wanting to use the toilet then order he made a huge... argument with me saying customer only in a very rude tone in front of customers made me feel very uncomfortable in front ofpeople. Just irdered 2 shrimp dinners. Ive ordered here before and quite often. Today their shrimp was Not cooked properly and... gooey. Distgusting i always send my son there . Then he ordered fish also not cooked and then they forgot his deep friedpickles. And they were soggy. Please bring the lady back on shift. First time here. Actually came to visit owner on business matter but was on-site for almost two hours and witnessed interactions... with customers. Everyone seemed satisfied with the service and product. Rose (the owner) offered me a sample of the fried Kibbehand a huge gyro sandwich (350 grams) at no charge despite my offer to pay. Her prices are lower than many of her competitors soit's a real bargain. Seating is a bit limited so it's best suited for takeout. Read more

So I been at the hospital for five hours really wanted a chicken shawarma seen them on snap.. they do not make shawarmas and... this deff isn't what I asked for. The pickles were good. The poutine is made with some sliced cheese that's really gross too. 2stars for the pickles. Disappointed I spent 30 bucks on this. Im vegan and I asked him if the pita bread was vegan and he said “I don’t know” so I said is there a way you could find... out and he said “no I don’t have the box” so I asked an older guy working there if he’s the owner and the other guyjumps back in and goes “I’m the owner I own it with my family” so I politely said “okay if you’re the owner it wouldbe a good thing to know if your food is vegan or not because a lot of people are vegan.” And he just basically disregarded myconcern as if I didn’t matter and as if I wasn’t a paying customer. Disappointed. This happened after I already ordered thePita, so I ate it anyways. Otherwise the falafel itself was very good. But when the food is good, if the service is bad, itcancels it out.
