Picked up 2 pizzas, cheese bread and a salad. The pizza was good as usual, but when we opened the salad it looked old and gross.... There was no date filled in on the tag. I totally forgot about their Tuesday special. Large 14" pizza with up to 5 topping for $10. And for $3 more you can make it an... XL 16", so I totally did. I started my order online which used to be a pain in the. This time it was so easy and quick to placean order and their Tuesday deal automatically applied when placing order. It gave an estimated time of 30 mins. When I arrivedI was greeted and helped out immediately. I love their thin crust pizza with creamy garlic sauce, chicken, bacon, and mixedonions. Worst Papa murphys I have ever been to! I will never ever come back to this location ever! I called in an order of one pizza... so when I came to pick up it would hopefully be ready and be faster then walking in ordering and waiting forever. I walked tothe empty express lane 20 minutes after calling there is a pick up order here with a sign that says to stand there is you calledin your order. Nobody acknowledged me for over 7 minutes just stared at me and continued making pizzas. 3 other employeeswalked right by the register and also did nothing just walked away to the back. The store was basically empty other than 2customers waiting for their orders to be made. I have NEVER experienced this at any other papa murphys EVER. I almost justwalked out and said keep the pizza that you just made in front of me. Seriously something is wrong with the employees at thislocation they saw me standing there and did absolutely NOTHING not ?Hi are you here for a pick up? or even a ?someone will helpyou soon? they just chose to act like I didn?t exist and apparently thought I was standing there for fun to watch them makeeveryone elses pizzas after mine. Worst customer service at a papa murphys! I have been getting papa murphys pizza for over adecade. I have been to this location before a few times and have never had a good experience there. The only reason I go isbecause it?s closest to my home. I will not make that mistake again I will drive as far as I have to to go to any otherlocation or just get pizza from a different company for cheaper and already made. This was by far the worst and the last time Iever order a pizza or step foot in the windsor heights store location. Ordered the Pizza over the internet At 10am for a 4PM pickup. I had some things come up were i was running late to pick up the... pizza arrived at 4:40 PM and they had not even started making pizza. this was prepay so there was no excuse for it not to bedone. I like Papa Murphy's as a whole. However the service at this location leave a bit to be desired. If your not careful about... checking your order (or ordering online) chances are you won't get what you ordered. I find this to be especially truthful whenordering extra items like extra cheese or toppings. I used to order once a week. So I did a little test. I ordered a pizza withextra toppings (including cheese) and took a picture. Ordered one with regular toppings. They were both the same. I startedordering from a different location and low and behold you could tell it had extra toppings. It's a shame. This location is theclosest and easiest to get to. But I do like to get what I pay for / order. Read more

The food itself tasted good. However, my service was awful. First, the guy taking orders stared at me the entire time I was... scanning the menu board, making me feel rushed. Second, the kid making the pizza managed to forget 1 of 3 toppings I ordered (which I did not notice until I was home). Third, I ordered cheese sticks, which are supposed to come with marinara sauce butthey did not include it.
