2 days in a row now. The front end employee does not acknowledge the existence of customers. The cook is rude to the front end... employee. Today the front end was on her phone the entire time and I ended up forcing a salad purchase out of her. Ear buds andphone shouldn't be allowed in front of customers period. Read more

Customer service is still going strong here! They were closing and out of everything but steak. The staff communicated this... clearly and I ordered a large Steak 9. (Cousin of Ice 9?) We were the second to last order of the night so I watched them letothers know that they were closed in a friendly, professional way. They split our order without asking and provided amazingcustomer service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome...at a closing take out counter in an airport! Trulyimpressive! Horrible and rude staff. Left a detailed review on another site, but won?t frequent this chain ever again. Not with how staff... not only treats but talks with customers. Suggest Culver?s or Chic filet school. And remember it?s the customers who pay yoursalary and if you don?t have us and treat us with respect, you don?t have a job. Read more

Went there at 6:45p. They close at 7pm. I was told they were ALREADY closed, and pretty rudely, too. Was going to get 2 lobster... rolls. Just money out of the owner's pocket. Try to get re-imbursed from your lazy staff for that $40. Good luck. Read more
