This was a very unprofessional experience. I went inside stood at the counter for 15 minutes no one came acknowledge me there's... cameras and a mirror so that they can see when someone has pulled up to the counter. The girl taking orders was having aconversation with the person and the car apparently it's a regular customer. So I leave go through the drive-thru I sat at thedrive-thru machine to place an order for 10 minutes no response no welcome no one took my order. I drove up to the window waitedfor about 2 minutes for the car in front of me to pull off because that's the guy that the lady who was taking the orders in thewindow was talking to. She asked me did I place an order and I explained to her how I've been waiting inside and at the machineto place an order she tells me that she was making sure the guy got all his food and the food was correct. Which no she was notdoing that because I heard her having a personal conversation while I was at the front counter she didn't know I was standingthere and I heard the conversation very very grateful the guy that work for the Mobil gas station apologize to me because he sawme standing there Read more

Was in a vehicle while on a lunch hour. Got tired of waiting and decide to go into the establishment. Still had to wait.... Personal busy filling filled up freezers. I went through the drive through and asked for bagels. They said they only had two multigrain left, which was strange for... 11:30am, but I accepted it and moved on to the rest of my order. I get to the window and they take my money and forget about me,coming back asking what I was waiting for, and when I finally got my food the bagels were old and dry, the rollups were burntand crunchy, and the croissant was overcooked and had spent too much time in the warmer to the point where it tasted like chalkand I couldnt eat more than one bite. I dont know what happened, but I am going to have to go spend more money on something elsefor breakfast now. Very dissappointed. Read more
