I feel the need to post this. The food here is excellent, my husband and I are never disappointed. However today my customer... experience was not great. The gentleman checking me out was lovely but in the middle of all of checking out a woman comeswalking from the back yelling loudly what are you doing what are you doing. None of the employees sure who she was speaking toall turned around and looked fearful Apparently she?s yelling at the grill person for cleaning the grill wrong. The prices went up on all there food which is understandable but not only did the prices go up but the amount of food they serve... you went down to the point its not worth it any longer meat is very dry i spent $37 on 4 bowls and my family stood hungry mindyou my 6 year old said it was not enough rice and meat can you imagine an adult... Honestly the lady at the front with the reddish hair has the worst attitude. It is fast food but customer service is pretty... important. Im new to the restaurant and literally no one else is in the restaurant (not even sitting down to eat) and shedoesn't ask if I want anything on my quesadilla while I'm trying to explain what else I want she just turns and finishes it.When I state I don't want it she gives an attitude and tells me it's a complete waste of food and I agreed because it wasn'twhat I wanted.
