Got 2 mcflurries with 2 large fries and couldn't believe how much it was. Wasn't given my receipt with my card like every other... McDonald's on the planet usually does, so I politely asked for my receipt when I saw the lady in the window didn't have it inher hand. She just shut the window mid-sentance in my face and ignored me when I sat there for an extra few seconds, waiting fora response. We were told at the next window to pull up and wait for the receipt and waited 15 minutes before going inside andconfirming the cost. The fries were cold and stale at that point and had no salt on them. The mcflurries were not mixed AT ALL.They just took vanilla soft serve and dumped the oreos on top. I'm not expecting 5 star service from a McDonald's, but I doexpect to get a receipt with my purchases unprompted, the food to be of equal quality to other McDonald's, and not to be metwith outright hostility and then be ignored for no reason at all. I get secondhand embarassment anytime I come here. The staff is mainly highschool goofballs who make it their only priority to... screw up your order. Just keep in mind if you ever want to get scammed, or get the wrong order, come here. They willsuccessfully fail everytime. Make sure to order the 4 piece nuggets! They will make sure no nuggets are sold to you! But who amI kidding, you have to be the lowest of lows to even want to work here ???? Read more

O boy where to start. Went there on 10/3/2022 at 2:50 AM. Absolutely filthy drive through. Garbage everywhere. Credit card... machine down? Lmao. Is this a joke Absolutely horrendous staff with 0 customer service ability. No greeting, No have a greatnight, nothing. Fries cold. Chicken nuggets like cardboard. Only redeeming thing was the coke, and that's not even McDonaldsproduct. The management here must either incompetent or apathetic. Both are unacceptable. Stay far away from this McDonalds. Read more
I love McDonalds. My favorite. I have been to 300 different store in 4 continents. So far this is the worst store. SUPER SUPER... STUPID Assistant manager. I wish I could give no stars for this review! I've been to this McDonald's multiple times only because of convenience. Every... single visit my order has be wrong. I know that the staff at this particular location needs more training. They need to hirepeople that are attentive and knows how to listen to directions. I can't believe every single time my order has been wrong! Iordered a fish meal with a Mango Pineapple Smoothie very simple....and I got a double filet fish sandwich with nothing on it. Mobile Order. 7mins into my order (placed in space 3 at the physical location) 2 gents looked out the door made eye contact and... ignored me. 10mins into it, I entered the store. I was told that my order was given to someone else. I was the only person toplace my given order from my space - so who know. I wait another 6mins for my food. Upon receiving it, the counter rep says "Igave you a large fry - really sorry for that." When I open the bag 5 mins later, I realized I got a cold crispy chicken disastersandwich, a med fry (in a lg fry container, my medium tea, and a proper McDouble. The crispy chicken on the sandwich didn'teven cover 1/3of the bun... (How you see it, is how I opened it. Followed by the chicken on the bun barely.) This conveniently located McDonald's is across from the airport and near hotels. Although when we pulled up to the drive-thru we... were told to wait for a second. Then a car pulled up to the other order speaker and they served them instead. There was a longwait for our food too. We went back the next morning and they were pretty quick. Like any McDonald's, it is hit or miss. Read more
