This Wendy's in WL is really doing a great job! There is a gentleman there...don't know if he is a franchise Owner or... Manager...who is just awesome!!!! Orders get fulfilled quickly & are still hot. The employees seem to like & respect him whichtransforms into great performance & service with a smile! So refreshing and greatly appreciated!! Staff seemingly coming apart at the seams every time I come here over simple things. Management/owner seemingly doesn?t care.... Probably the worst service I?ve received at any fast food restaurant and we aren?t even in the recession yet. Read more
I stopped coming to this Wendy's months ago because literally the drive thru is the slowest I've ever been through. I decided to... give it another shot tonight, and with only 3 vehicles ahead of me I've now been sitting here almost 20 min. If your looking forconvenient service look elsewhere. Read more
Lady at the register was not friendly. After I clearly told her BBQ sauce. Checked the bag at home and there was no sauce. The... drink was closer to half full. This Wendy's used to be good and has gone downhill since. Date visited was 7/12/2022 @approximately 2:30pm. Read more
Place was relatively empty. Took almost 10 minutes to get our order... or should I say partial order. Caesar chicken salad... with no dressing or crisps. Nuggets missing dipping sauce. Cups with ice in it, because the soda machine only dispenses WARM,FLAT soda. ???? This is not the first time we had horrible service at this location, we hadn?t been there in over a year andfigured it had to have improved. Nope. Do not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
I drove through at midnight and got some fries with ghost pepper ranch. Delicious and fresh as usual. Service is nice and quick.
