Just leaving from this location, one of the young ladies was rude. Worst customer service ever. McDonald?s customer service is... better. Sunday I had the worst experience at Rita's. I took my grand girls for a treat. My baby asked to taste Pina colada the Cashier... Samiya gave her a taste that did not have the pineapple bits in it. When she got her order it was not the same because it wasfull of bits. We asked to exchange the order and was refused in a rude manner. I asked to speak with manager and was informedthat she was the manager. Poor customer service skills. If a person is not satisfied with an order they should be able toexchange or get a full refund. The service was great. Their portions were plentiful. I ordered a simple vanilla custard with sprinkles (4 of them) Staff was... very helpful and kind. They even gave me a extra serving for free! I didnt eat any (Ive had it before, its good) but It madefor some very happy children! Read more
