Every time we stop we have to pull around front and wait 15 minutes even on pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready
The last 2 times my family has went to the winfield location they refused service. Tonight was the final straw. We went at 935... and they refused to cook our order. We only wanted 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. The lady was rude. She said we only have 2 peopleworking. Do not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and aggravation. It's summer time we eat late. They said they Close in 10 minutes when it was 9:30 and they close at 10. And last week we called and ordered 4 pizzas and they... only gave us 2 and when we told them they got smart with us saying we did no such thing but we paid for 4. Read more
I did a mobile order at 8:00, came to pick the pizza up at 8:20, was told to drive around and they will bring it out to me. It?s... currently 9:05 and I HAVE YET TO GET MY PIZZA!!! i?ve been sitting here for 45 MINUTES WAITING ON A PIZZA!! the service here isawful and the wait time is RIDICULOUS! Called our order in ahead sit in line at least 20.minutes after waiting 20 min at least to get it .didn't complain a bit but I... asked for 2 cups of garlic butter sauce he told me that would be 2.18 ! To which I replied are u serious after the wait we justwaited and didn't complain a bit .until he said he couldn't give me 2 litte cups of sauce for 40 min wait time for a pizza.that is ridiculous as long as we had to wait for our food and couldn't give us 2 little cups of sauce guys name was Jamier.thats not how u treat customers that have been nice and patient !! Corporate really needs to do some retraining, i.e.customer service, scheduling, order anticipation, having lunch specials... available at lunchtime. 11:38 and it will be a 20 minute wait for a daily special. Hmmm. Read more
