I eat at this Mcdonald's regularly because I live in town and work in town. The service and quality of food has gotten worse... over the last couple months. Monday I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and received 2 bacon egg and cheese. (I cannotstand bacon) Went back and he made me bring the bacon ones in and he then proceeded to just take the bacon off that biscuit andput sausage on it so it was completely ruined. This morning i went to get an online order for my boss, and while still at thespeaker i just wanted to order a sweet tea, and she would not let me. Told me she couldn't take extra orders in the drivethru.....i wasn't at the window, I was still at the speaker. Coffee was cold. Asked them serve us hot coffee. Handed back to us in a coupe of minutes. Same temp. Still cold. I like hot... coffee. Read more
I'm giving McDonalds a 4.5 out of 10 because their food is great but also can cause an upset stomach. The restaurant itself is... like a very old fashion and vintage restaurant that I find appealing. Read more
I have to say that my breakfast was over the top that day. I got hotcakes and sausage and they were the perfect temp. My butter... melted perfectly on my hotcakes! Read more
Its ok.. Food is pricey for McDonalds honestly and the burgers are small. They are very fast but the burgers stay in the warmers... to long and start getting black edges.. I always asked them to cook it fresh and wait. They are happy to do that and when theydo its bot completely a thrown together mess. If you don't ask for it fresh be ready to put that boy together yourself cause itsgonba be thrown in that wrapper any kinda way. You will be lucky if the meat is even on the bun lol Read more
Every other location has their lobby open except winfield. They blame it on staffing shortages but that wouldn't be so if they... didn't let 3 employees smoke at the same time while the drive thru is nearly to the road. The drive thru is super slow, thislocation can not be classified as fast food. If my son wasn't obsessed with McDonald's I would not even come. My son loves theirnuggets and I dont see what the hype is because when I tried to eat a 4 piece it was like I was chewing on rubber. I don'texpect perfection by any means, I know working in the food service industry is tough but they definitely could up their game alittle, at the very least they could open their lobby back up and clear congestion in the drive thru Read more
