Today was the last I've had it with sonic in winfield. Made an order on the app for a blast. Get there, the boards aren't... working for 1, then I get told they were out of ice cream. So I would have to go online and ask for a refund. Called and thefirst person that answered was incompetent. Called again and have a refund processing (7-10 days) This sonic is the worst, havehad tickets lost, always out of something, been told they will handle the refund in store but now I wonder if they ever did.From what I've seen on previous bad reviews, the owner is hateful as well. Drove off last time I was there.. I sat there 30 mins and just a small amount of food shouldn't take 30 mins
I'm giving this one a 3.5 out of 5 because whenever I go there and order something you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes before you... get your food. Also, they could be short-staffed. Read more
Ordered a chili Coney with no cheese mayo and extra salt on the side along with a large order of onion rings did not get the... onion rings because I was told they were out nor did I get my mayonnaise or extra salt that I requested they need to pay moreattention to their orders yes I know these are small things but you shouldn't have to remind the waitress when she brings youyour stuff of what you ordered Read more
Useless they NEVER fail to forget things in my order. Waste of gas, time and money.
Food is always good. But the wait time is horrible. I sat for 1 hour and still hadn't received my food. I used the button to... talk to someone and they said there was only 2 of them and it was taking them a minute to get to my order. Other than that thestaff is really nice and friendly. Read more
