When we walked in to the A&W there was only one person behind the counter. We waited and waited, finally the girl said ? I'm... busy, someone will be here shortly ? we could hear the others in the back laughing and joking around. Finally another personcame out, she looked at us and said ? I will be with you in a bit ? then poured herself a drink. So we just stood there andwaited. By the way, there was only one other person in the place and he was already eating. Well finally we were served, weplaced the order and waited for it to arrive. A few minutes later here comes the food. We sat down to eat and found the orderwas wrong! When I went back up to the counter and told them there was a mistake the girl grabbed the burger and called out thesomeone in the back, told the person to put a meat patty on this burger. The burger disappeared to the back for a short timethen was past back out to the front. The girl gave me the burger, laughed and said ?Fixed? The staff was much more interested inplaying in the back then working, no customer service what so ever. Obviously there was no supervision or maybe they just didn?tcare? Read more
Good service and friendly staff.... unfortunately the food quality is horrible. Their chrispy chicken was overpowered by the... mayo and had zero crunch. Was hoping it was better than the bugers but is about the same..... is the last time I will visit abuger king location. Read more
Management us completely useless. i have never been so apaulled at the way they treat not only customers, but the employees here... aswell. VERY high turnover rate. every time i come here, there's new staff. the few times ive dealt with management its been anightmare. they seriously need to reevaluate their managers and maybe they would be able to hold down employees better. The restaurant was very busy 2 other a nd w we went to had drive threw only, the young man working was multitasking in a very... efficient way, but yet he was still courteous. It was impressive to watch. Read more
Just have to give a shout out to the lovely young woman who was working last night. We stopped for a bite 20 minutes before... closing. She was by herself serving us at the counter plus a super busy drive thru business. She was calm and friendly andefficient. Pretty impressive to watch. Although this is a fast food joint, my parents visiting from Ontario were very impressed with the service at this location! The... staff are really helpful, courteous and fast. I enjoy the fact that they offer Beyond meat alternatives in their breakfastsandwiches and burgers. Their regular fries and sweet potato fries are awesome! Read more
It was late (8pm, but my burger was up very quickly, fresh and hot, with crisp lettuce and tomatoes, so it wasn't quick just... because it was already made and under heat lamps. Read more
