This time we went through the drive-thru because last time they had troubles at the counter. However this time we got our... breakfast sandwiches cold, no ketchup, salt or pepper as requested & they failed to put sugar & cream in a double double coffee,which I couldn't drink black so it was thrown to waste. Many mistakes on our order but the worst was my diabetic husband clearly ordered an iced coffee NO SUGAR and they served it... with sugar. When he returned it the manager had the nerve to argue with him. Mistakes happen but some mistakes can have bigrepercussions. Maybe take someone?s word they can?t have sugar and fix the mistake. One car in drive thru and they couldn't get my order right. They did not read back the order and were not friendly at all. Was... on the hiway before realizing the order was wrong, waste of money. Restaurant was closed by the time I got home. Read more
I come here often and it is my all time favourite McDonald?s. The service is amazing ! They?re Always smiling and laughing when... you pull up to the window. They have never got my order incorrect and always have the best iced coffee. They always get it rightand amazing ????. 100% best McDonald?s ever. Read more
A great big Rave to Mcdonalds. Was hosting a Birthday party yesterday. The birthday boy loves Mcdonalds. I went in at 9:30... saturday morning to place my order, which was 50 mcdoubles, 30 jr chickens and 4 20 packs of nuggets. Prepaid for it of course.Said that my order would be picked up at 4:30 pm. The manager called me at 4:15 to let me know my order was just about ready.4:30 my order was ready for pick up. Not 1 burger or nugget was missing from my order. Very well done mcdonalds peoples. This is probably THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to... and it's the closest to where I live, so I've given them TONS of... chances. This is not a one off review. I've been here 20+ times and every time I've waited for far too long. And it doesn'tmatter if you go through the Drive Thru or go inside. You're gonna wait. (if you go through Drive Thru, prepare to wait TWICE- once before you order, and then after you pay, they'll ask you to pull ahead into the parking spots, which are often full ofothers waiting too) This is NOT fast food. And then it's always fun to see what they gave you, because it's seldom what youordered. If you're in Lake Country, treat yourself and drive to the new location in Kelowna on Old Vernon Road. It's a muchbetter restaurant, and even with the added travel time, you'll probably be in and out faster - AND have better food. Read more
Went for my lunch break today only to get back to find no patty in my burger. This is very disappointing. Upon reading other... reviews and witnessing myself how unsanitary it is inside. Dont waste your time keep driving and go somewhere else. Read more
