Normally I never leave reviews for "fast food" per se, but I had the most wonderful experience this morning in the drive... through!!! The young gentleman that took my order was SO wonderful, I'm a naturally chatty person so we had such a nice andshort conversation while I was ordering, and then when I got to the window the older lady (I am SO sorry I never got your guys'names!) was literally the sweetest person I've ever met in my life!!!!! If anyone reads this and knows who they are please givethem a huge hug and a thank you for me!!! I ordered a grande oat apple crisp macchiato (not iced because it's freezing hahahaha)and a breakfast wrap! Thanks to those two for being such a wonderful start to my morning!!! Read more

Probably the fastest Starbucks for service in the Kelowna area. Staff is consistently friendly. Open with indoor and outdoor... seating. Update: lots of new people lately, so service has been slower than usual. Read more

Zero stars if I could. Asked for 2 extra pumps of chai. Once we started the drive there was barely any chai in the drink.... Checked the side, it said 7 pumps but only could taste the but milk. Waste of money to stop here. Didn?t even have the food wewanted. Not worth the stop. Carry on if we were u ? not worth the drive back or time to wait for telling them how poor of a jobthey did at making the drink as requested. Cheapens out on providing flavour and food. I have been to an ungodly amount of Starbucks across the world, and this one takes the cake. The only differentiating factor... between this Starbucks and others, is the staff.
