I was in yesterday, the young man who took my order, didn?t greet me at all just stood there looking at me waiting for me to... order. I had to repeat what meat I wanted. He shuffled the sandwich over and looked up, again not saying anything. I asked forcheese. Finally he said ?toasted?? I said no. Again, same thing happened with veggies, he stood there waiting for me to say whatI wanted. He wasn?t very friendly, very quiet and didn?t have any hustle. I totally understand that some people aren?t peoplepersons but don?t get a job where you are dealing with the public if you can?t be friendly, talk to customers and even smile.His hair was up and very messy, I received a small line of mayo and asked if they had more, but there was none which seems odd.I?m a bit worried that he seems very unhappy and miserable and I hope management takes the proper time to talk to him and makesure everything?s ok. I only work in lake country once or twice a week but I think I?ll wait to go to the subway closer to myhome next time. Read more

The sandwich artists were very efficient despite how busy the lunch rush was. All ongredients were very fresh as always.

My brother, sister-in-law, niece, and I all grabbed subs here six days ago. There was a teenager working his first shift here.... He was really really slow but he was trying really really hard to do everything properly. It was the first sandwich he made, Ithink. The woman working there was extremely efficient and friendly with the customers. I am just glad there's a businesssuccessfully hiring people! I recommend this Subway if you are in Lake Country for the day. Read more
