The Ukrainian lady who served us Saturday night November 5th was giving a very unfriendly looks to my wife. My wife is new here... from Ghana. She is black and it was her first real encounter with a racist. What made it so obvious is that the woman was veryfriendly to me. This is disgusting behaviour and unacceptable in Canada! I hope this is dealt with. My wife had no appetite toeat the food we ordered and was fighting back tears as we drove home. We we are new to the area and didn?t expect thisbehaviour. To be honest many times I've walked in and I usually do but here they tend to have 6 employees glued to drive thru and if one... happens to notice you standing there you'll get served. I recommend the drive thru here unless you plan on sitting for a whileand eating in. The coffee and food products are what they are. 6 out of 10 quality Read more

This location did very well. It was an extremely busy Saturday for in person and drive thru. Staff took orders and kept... everything moving in a timely fashion. Food quality and beverage met expectations. At time of visit, restaurant was in goodshape and clean. A positive Tim Horton?s brand experience. Read more

ordered crispy chicken wrap for young son and always ask for plain, nothing in it except crispy chicken. They always just give... me full wrap with all fixings and mayo. Its not that hard. figure it out. Read more

Service was terrible! Waiting to be served all staff was in the back having cake. I understand celebrating someone is important... however not during business hours while customers are waiting. When I asked to be helped I was treated as though I was botheringthem. I am not one to complain but felt this was unacceptable and won't be a returning customer as there are plenty other Tim'swith great service!! Read more

It took them close to 10 min to take our order. This time the bagel wasn?t burnt (????) but the coffee was extremely burnt,... tried to add 4 pcs (!!) of sugar over a DD but it did not help. They decided that the drive through is more important than thewalk ins ??????? Read more

confused by a $25 order in the drive through, and when we came up to the window we asked to repeat the order because we had a... feeling something was missed. that apparently was an absurd request and the manager came over and told us to just come inside tofigure it out because it was too complicated to read out what had been ordered. we got the food, which somehow against all odds,was still wrong. and the iced coffees were among some of the worst things ive ever had and wouldnt wish them on my worst enemy. There was a wait for no reason. They just weren't coming to the counter to take the order moreover the donuts weren't fresh.... Even the staff wasn't friendly at all. This was my first visit to this location and I didn't like it. Read more
