I ordered a medium 2 cream 1 honey coffee and a toasted cheese bagel with butter.I got back on the Hwy,the coffee had no honey... in it and the bagel was cold not even toasted! It was 610 am was not busy.No concept of listening to customers. Read more
The give me a coffee instead of a tea and when I asked for them to remake is 30 minutes later after finishing my appointment... they told me no. And I have gone to different Tim Horton's and been able to refund teas when another location screws it up..this is by far the worst tim Hortons I have been to. I will be driving to the another location 10 minutes down the road forthem. I miss when Tim Hortons when someplace I wanted to goto relax now it's about pulling the customer off the door. Read more
Extremally rude staff and unprofessional. They treated me like as if this Tim Horton is not in Canada. No wonder why total... rating is 2.8. Tim Horton Head office is sleeping. I went though the complaints and everyone has exactly same problem. DriveThrough is horrible. They don't get the order right and once you are coming to pay, they give you attitude that you didn't orderit right and ask you move your car because they need to serve the customer behind you. Very cheap service and I don't think thiscafe will remain for long if the head office didn't fix the owner's behavior regarding their customer service. Unfortunately like most Tim Hortons in Kelowna this one's drive through experience is lackluster. The breakfast wrap was missing... half and not wrapped up but folded over. Apparently at 5:40 AM muffins and donuts are unavailable. It took 18 minutes to process5 cars.The person at the drive thru was... unfriendly... Read more
Lovely spot- this was a particularly friendly and congenial Timmie's, with the staff going out of their way to be accommodating,... attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, but efficient, with the employees managing to keep things moving alongquickly without any trouble. It's a typical Timmie's with all the usual baked goods and variations of coffee and tea, sonothing exceptional here, but I did enjoy the calm, the beautiful spot in the morning sunlit window, and the cleanliness of thepremises. Overall, I'd say this location was one or two steps above many others in this franchise that I've visited over theyears. Read more
